چکیده
Abstract An ion embedded in warm/hot dense plasmas will greatly alter its microscopic structure and dynamics, as well the macroscopic radiation transport properties of plasmas, due to complicated many-body interactions with surrounding particles. Accurate theoretically modeling such kind quantum is essential but very challenging. In this work, we propose an atomic-state-dependent screening model for treating a wide range temperatures densities, which contributions three-body recombination processes are included. We show that electron distributions around strongly correlated ionic state studied processes. The feasibility validation proposed demonstrated by reproducing experimental result line-shift hot-dense classical molecular dynamic simulations moderately coupled ultra-cold neutral plasmas. Our work opens promising way treat effect hot warm plasma, bottleneck those extensive studies high-energy-density physics, atomic plasma spectra properties, among others.

Photoabsorption in Hot Dense Plasmas
This is a preliminary version of the time-dependent local-density approximation designed to study photoabsorption in hot dense plasmas. The theory developed so far is applied to study the photoexcitation in aluminum and helium plasmas and photoionization in aluminum plasmas. 1 Self-consistent LDA at finite temperatures These notes describe a version of the time-dependent local-density approxima...

We recast the atomic processes in a warm, dense plasma using Fermi-Dirac statistics and compare them to the rates of the usual Maxwell-Boltzmann approach of many collisional-radiative models. Population calculations show insignificant differences to calculations assuming nondegenerate free electrons of plasmas at solid density close to local thermodynamic equilibrium, but show departures in ave...
متن کاملTerahertz acoustics in hot dense laser plasmas.
We present a hitherto unobserved facet of hydrodynamics, namely the generation of an ultrahigh frequency acoustic disturbance in the terahertz frequency range, whose origins are purely hydrodynamic in nature. The disturbance is caused by differential flow velocities down a density gradient in a plasma created by a 30 fs, 800 nm high-intensity laser (∼5×10(16) W/cm(2)). The picosecond scale obs...
متن کاملRight handed neutrino production in dense and hot plasmas
For Dirac neutrinos with magnetic moment, we compute the production rate for right-handed neutrinos in a hot and dense QED plasma containing an initial population of left-handed neutrinos thermally distributed. The most important mechanisms for νL depolarization, or production of right-handed neutrinos, are the νL → νR chirality flip and the plasmon decay to ν̄L + νR. The rates for these process...
متن کاملAtomic and optical properties of warm dense copper.
The emission of x rays from warm dense matter is of great interest for both spectroscopic diagnostics and development of intense x-ray sources. We report the results from the collisional-radiative steady-state (CRSS) modeling of atomic and optical properties of copper plasmas at near-solid and solid-state density for a range of temperatures. The CRSS model is validated against the available dat...
